We are aware that billing is back offline and offline VA game servers are not rebooting - our team is investigating further.

Our fiber link has been replaced and access to all services (Game Panel, Billing, VA GAME) have been restored. We are continuing to monitor the network closely.

We have an onsite technician working on restoring network connectivity. Thank you for your continued patience.

This incident has been resolved (a patch has been applied to the network router and traffic has been stable for the past few hours)

Maintenance on RN68-GAME has been completed.

Maintenance on RN68-GAME (final machine) has started.

RN53-GAME Maintenance has been completed.

File migration for RN53-GAME servers is still ongoing. Thank you for your continued patience.

RN71-GAME Dallas servers are back online. RN53-GAME is still in progress.

RN68-GAME will be completed tomorrow @ 7AM EST so our infrastructure team can complete the upgrade during non-peak hours.

Maintenance on RN53 and RN71 has started.

RN55-GAME server upgrades have been completed.

File transfer is 85% complete for RN55 Dallas servers.

Maintenance has been completed on RN69-GAME servers.

Maintenance for the following Dallas machines has started:

RN64-GAME and RN65-GAME servers are back online.

Upgrades for the following nodes will be completed next week:

RN55-GAME: Monday @ 7AM EST
RN69-GAME: Monday @ 7AM EST

RN53-GAME: Tuesday @ 7AM EST
RN68-GAME: Tuesday @ 7AM EST
RN71-GAME: Tuesday @ 7AM EST

All servers on RN64-GAME are back online on the upgraded hardware and network. File transfer is still ongoing for RN65-GAME servers.
