Both machines appear to be pinging again, we are monitoring them on our end.

All Dallas systems are back online. Please open a ticket if you are still experiencing any issues.
The budget nodes and RN32/33 are back online. We are waiting on RN28/29.

Dallas VPS nodes #1 & #2 are back online. You will likely need to reboot your VPS via the client area before its accessible
We are still waiting on the PDUs for RN28-33, RN1-BG-DAL, RN2-BG-DAL, and Dallas VPS nodes 1-3 to recover. All other Dallas systems should be operational.
All Dallas game servers are offline and some VPS nodes as well. The facility we use currently has no power. We will update you as more information is sent our way.
The CPU and power supply on this machine were replaced and the system is back online. We'll keep monitoring this system closely.
The machine has powered itself off again. Our provider has sent the techs on site to investigate further.
Our provider found this machine was having thermal issues so they added an additional fan and raised the fan speed to increase overall airflow. This machine is back online and being monitored closely.
We are currently communicating with our provider as this machine isn't powering on. They will have the system de-racked for further inspection as they believe the power supply failed. We'll keep you posted and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
