Network traffic for London VPS services has stabilized.
We are aware of network connectivity issues impacting London VPS services. We are currently in contact with our upstream providers and are actively working towards a resolution.
Additional Cloudflare rules have been rolled out to address timeout and connection issues with specific ports. Please report any further issues in a support ticket with us so CosmicGuard can resolve them ASAP. Thank you!

We are aware of VA-Game clients behind CosmicGuard DDoS Protection experiencing issues with server timeouts. CosmicGuard pushed a new ruleset to their Cloudflare upstream which is not playing nice with some servers. We're currently in contact with their team and working towards a resolution.
The system is booting up as expected now, but RN25-GAME IPs are unable to reach the internet. We are awaiting more info from the data center technicians.
The data center technicians have migrated our drives to a new system. We expect game servers to be back online shortly.
Our team is aware of the RN25-GAME London system being unresponsive. We have escalated the issue to our upstream to investigate further. Updates will be posted as we have more information.
